Office Administrator Richmond Yacht Club Inc location Auckland. $30 – $35 per hour.

Richmond Yacht Club is a friendly yacht club that has been organising sailing events for its members since the early 1900s. We are seeking a friendly, highly-organised and efficient Office Administrator to join the club in this sole charge role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office reception and club administration. Maintaining a timely and accurate accounting record of the club’s revenue and expenditure activities. Coordinating and communicating with the club committee to support club members, the club’s sailing activities, and venue hire events.

Skills and experience we’re looking for experience in either an administrative, event management or communications role. Strong organisational and project management skills. Confident and articulate written and verbal communication skills. A strong work ethic along with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MYOB Account right and Payroll.

The office is situated in the clubhouse at Westhaven Marina. Hours of work are from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 3:30pm with some flexibility to work up to 24 hours a week.
