Office Administration or Reception Gateway Glass and Aluminium Ltd location Bay of Plenty.

We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer, and we currently have a position available for an enthusiastic team player to join our Rotorua branch. We can offer a varied role where no two days are the same. We fabricate the Nulook brand of aluminium joinery and take pride in producing a high-quality product for our discerning customers. We are currently seeking an office administration / reception person to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position between the hours of 8am to 4.30pm, but we can be flexible for the right person.

Tasks would include general reception duties Answering incoming calls. Assist walk-in customers with enquiries. Reply to email queries. Administration duties ensure invoices are correctly entered into our accounting system, Filing, Data Entry, Various other administrative duties as required.

Ideally you will have the following skills and knowledge reception and administration experience. Sound computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite and MYOB. Outstanding telephone manner and communication skills – written and verbal. High attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to learn new processes. This is a varied role with a wide range of duties. You would be required to provide administrative support to the management and accounts team.

As you may be required to drive our work vehicles, a valid Full NZ Driver’s Licence is a must, as well as the ability to pass our Pre-Employment Drug Test. Due to the current COVID-19 climate, you must currently reside in New Zealand, and be a NZ resident or have a relevant work visa.
