Office Administration Arpad Aged Care location Melbourne.

Some of your responsibilities will include manage the front office area, including phone calls and receiving visitors. Promptly respond and follow through telephone calls and enquiries. Undertake support tasks such as records management, invoicing and receipts, and database management (police check list, volunteers, training).

Maintain the waiting lists for respite and permanent admissions and assist with resident admission processes. Coordinate the family visit schedule, including liaising with Care and Lifestyle team members. Provide friendly and professional customer service to both internal and external customers. Support the communication of relevant information to staff, residents and visitors. provide general clerical support to the management team, as required.
