Office Administration Planet Ute Pty Ltd location Sydney.
An exciting opportunity to work with an ambitious Ute and 4x4 accessory company. Secure Position – Immediate Start. Blacktown based, close to public transports. Planet Ute, a rapidly expanding distributor and retailer of aftermarket Ute and 4x4 accessories is seeking to appoint administration / customer service staff.
Responsibilities will include responding to incoming calls and emails, Attending to customer enquiries, Invoicing , Monitoring and ordering office supplies, Checking and processing purchases, Providing colleagues with general administrative support, Book keeping.
Selection criteria immediately start. A strong communicator with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. A multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure. Have completed, minimum Year 12, ideally with English and Mathematics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Punctual and reliable, well presented. Friendly, outgoing and self motivate. Experience with MYOB is highly regarded. Remuneration package will be negotiated according to experience.
