Office Administration EastCoast HR Group location Sunshine Coast. Salary $26.00 per hour + super.

Our client is looking for an energetic and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their Fulfillment Services team before the end of January 2021. This is a permanent part-time role located in Coolum, you will be required to work 20 hours each week, Monday to Friday (5 Days) 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (4 hours each day).

Key responsibilities report to and assist the Operations Manager with various aspects of Gift Card fulfillment process. Receive and check incoming products and verify count; boxes/pallets of gift and loyalty cards and accompanying marketing presenter material, itemizing and storing in inventory. Operate the Warehouse Management software system. Control inventory, stock shelves and cycle counts.

Receive and check incoming products and verify count boxes/pallets of gift, loyalty and POS systems. Process order pick-lists and submit gathered orders for quality control cross-checking. Cross-check picked orders to insure accuracy. Communicating with suppliers, processing of quotes and purchase orders. Fulfillment processing of items such as gift cards and POS systems, as well as managing inventory levels.

Data entry for number generation as well as providing second validation to other global teams. Ensure client’s exact order specifications are met and requirements are fully satisfied. Scan Pick Slip to print label and to register courier waybill number and prepare orders for shipping. Responsible for courier traceability and maintain ownership of package until signed for by client or mailed out. Addressing and resolving client escalations.

Actively and routinely maintain warehouse in a clean and orderly condition. Perform regular inventory cycle counts and audits as directed by controller or manager. Perform warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits. Order processing and preparation of quotes for various products.

Key requirements high attention to detail and accuracy. Consistently demonstrate care and attention to the orders while managing the overall process. Able to maintain standards and work at a fast pace in a warehouse environment. Strong ability to manage time and meet deadlines. Solid working knowledge of MS Office and web-based CRM systems. Excellent communication skills. Inventory management experience an asset.

Rewards and remuneration $26.00 an hour + Superannuation.
