An opportunity has presented itself to join one of the fastest growing shower screen and wardrobe business as an Experienced Office Administrator at our Penrith Branch to service the Sydney metropolitan, South Coast and Central Coast areas.
About the role the purpose of the role is to maintain exceptional levels of service by ensuring the Company is delivering on contractual agreements. Reporting directly to the General Manger working as part of a team your duties will include but are not limited to answering all incoming call, Coordinating and planning installations team, Purchase ordering, Data entry, Supply compliance certificates to customers.
Daily reports and monthly account ledgers. Liaison with Key Account supervisors regarding site measures and installations. Sub-contractor’s weekly pay’s. Setting daily duties for factory staff. Booking site inspections. Any task required by General Manager.
To be successful you must have experience within an office environment (Shower Screens & Wardrobes industry highly regarded). Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong Administration skills. Confident & Friendly personality. Attention to detail. Able to work within a team or independently. Experience using MYOB. Have own transport.
