Office Administration or  Property Management Oracle Property Management location Auckland.

Trust Accounting and Reconciling - Receipting and Reconciling daily Rents and Payments. Processing Creditor invoices. Make Bond Lodgment's & Payments. Supporting PMs where necessary to respond to owner and tenant queries regarding payments, statements and other admin queries.  Communicating with Suppliers and Creditors.

Healthy Homes Compliancy Management. Attending Weekly Team Meetings. Currently this Admin role is part time (15 hours p/w) but hours may increase as we grow the role going forward for the right person.

Skill Set requirements attention to Detail a must have good Time management and ability to work independently. Good written and verbal communication skills. Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new systems and recommend improvements.

Financial literacy. Be Microsoft Office Capable. Some property management background would be beneficial but not essential. This is a Work from home role, with full training and computer equipment supplied.
