Our work epic Rehabilitation specialises in helping people recover after neurological injuries such as traumatic brain injuries or strokes. We work hard to ensure our clients re-learn the skills they need to live well at home and do the things they love. In the last little while that has included helping someone resume cycling after a stroke, completing home modifications so that a client can get in and out of their house in a power wheelchair and increasing daily living skills to help a young man with a spinal cord injury move into his own apartment. We are driven to see real results for our clients.

About the role our admin team support the clinical staff and operations of Epic Rehab to provide compassionate, client focussed services that improve lives.  We focus on providing quality services for clients with neurological conditions such as Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinsons Disease. We have a growing area working with people with Developmental Disabilities and Housing Assessments.

We are a registered NDIS Provider and also Provide Approved Case Management and OT services to clients in the iCare Lifetime Care Scheme.

Core responsibilities answering incoming phone calls, taking messages. Dealing with email enquiries and actioning as needed. Data entry of client information into software applications. Preparation and actioning of client agreements.

Providing administration support to therapists. Managing of new client referrals. General office duties such as ordering stationary and office supplies. Formatting of reports for therapists. Liaising with clients, suppliers and therapists. Managing incoming and outgoing mail. Attending to requests form Office Manager as needed.

Essential criteria minimum 3 years experience in administrative role good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent phone manner. Proficient with Microsoft Word and digitally literate. Ability to learn new systems. Analyse and improve office systems. Ability to work independently with support. Positively contribute to team environment and support others. Willingness to contribute to ongoing development of services.
