We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Admin and Accounts person for our relatively new Canberra branch, located in Fyshwick. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the Canberra team, offering job security and progression with a dynamic national company. This is a part-time role, with flexible working hours. Key areas of responsibilities are receive and sort mail, prepare and process cash, cheques, c/cards and efts, collection, follow up and allocation of payments, reconciliation of accounts, communicate with customers and suppliers via phone, email, and mail, investigate and resolve customer queries, review, sort and match invoices and allocate invoices for payment, reconciliation of payments, resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor file maintenance, produce month end closing and produce monthly reports. Who we're seeking an individual that is punctual and reliable, attention to detail and accuracy, knowledge of general accounting procedures, minimum 3 years, accounts payable and receivable experience, ability to work in a team environment, self-motivated to succeed & work well under pressure, excellent customer service skills, knowledge of microsoft office applications.
