Office Admin Design Tiles Pty Ltd location Sydney.

We have an exciting new opportunity available to join our growing business as an office Admin to start immediately. The role has a variety of work and would be suit someone with high attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking skills and can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities will include ensure phone and email enquiries and orders are processed quickly and accurately. Accounts support, including invoicing and data entry. Excellent interpersonal skills. High attention to details and ability to multitask. Liaising with our warehouse/suppliers/Logistic company. Able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team as well as independently.

Punctual and reliable at all times. Efficient, able to prioritise competing tasks. Ability to meet deadlines and communicate when this is not possible. Other duties assigned by the Management. Updating and maintaining information on company databases and computer systems (on XERO software). Validating and maintaining the accuracy of company records. Following up debts/Accounts receivables.

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe PDF, Outlook and accounting software XERO. Excellent communication and organisational skills. High level of accuracy and accountability. High attention to detail. Willingness to help / be part of a team. Previous experience with Tile industry is preferred but no mandatory.  Standard working hours are 9am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
