Occupational Therapist – 4 Shifts a Fortnight
Location: Shoreline – Aegis Aged Care Group

Shoreline is a modern, state-of-the-art Residential Aged Care Facility nestled along the beachfront with stunning views over Cockburn Sound. This beautifully designed facility offers a resort-style lifestyle and delivers high-quality care and services for up to 238 residents.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis (4 shifts per fortnight). This role is ideal for someone who values resident-centred, holistic care and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
You’ll be responsible for assessing physical and psychosocial functioning to support residents’ ability to engage in daily activities and meaningful occupations. Working collaboratively with residents and their support networks, you will identify goals and develop personalised, strength-based care plans. You’ll also contribute to the planning and delivery of dynamic therapy and lifestyle programs that foster autonomy, identity, and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services in a resident-led care model
Perform assessments related to ADLs, cognition, mobility, and psychosocial well-being
Implement interventions supporting reablement and occupational engagement
Provide input into equipment selection, seating, and environmental modifications
Support dementia care practices and culturally safe services
Engage in leadership, training, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives
Advocate for residents by promoting choice and managing risk with dignity

Essential Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Full working rights in Australia
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
