Notification Agent WorkSafe New Zealand location Auckland.
About the role we have a great opportunity to join our notifications team as a Notification Agent in a permanent position. Our notifications team plays an important role in ensuring all notifications of health and safety concerns, including notifications of serious and potential harm, are dealt with effectively and efficiently to ensure further harm does not occur.
These notifications come through both our 0800 number and email address so we're looking for someone who is exceptional in dealing with the public in both written and oral communications.
In this role, you will provide timely and accurate responses to any general enquiries and notifications of health and safety concerns. Provide excellent customer service to members of public and provide accurate information in a calm, sensitive and professional manner. Identify complex matters which require escalation to technical SME's and manage this process appropriately.
To be successful, you will bring previous experience in a high volume, fast paced contact centre would be advantageous. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Salary range as part of our remuneration framework the full salary range for the position is from $71,074 to $93,391 and our expected starting base salary for the right person is from $71,074 to $74,049 Note: KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contribution is additional to/on top of your base salary.
