Their commitment to customer service has led to many successes and ample growth during challenging times. They are seeking people with similar passion who will help elevate the customer experience, ensuring all the stock is on the floor and the nightfill team runs like a well oiled machine.

In this role you will lead and assist the team in clearing the floor in inwards goods. Allocate duties to team members to maximise efficiencies. Create and maintain rosters to ensure seasonal demand is met.

Promote good merchandising standards. Ensure stock appears full, clean and tidy. Assist in inductions, performance reviews and training of team members. Pick, pack and process online delivery orders.

We are looking for a positive 'can do' attitude, promoting the fantastic team culture. Strong communication skills. The ability to relate to a diverse range of people. An understanding and adherence to high Health and Safety standards. Availability to work Monday to Friday 11.30 - 8pm. Good physical fitness because it's an active job.

Ideally you will also be able to work with a diverse range of people, have strong organisation skills and adaptability.
