Job Description
As the Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Night Manager by carrying out essential overnight financial, operational, and auditing responsibilities. This position ensures the accuracy of daily financial transactions and contributes to the overall security and smooth functioning of the property during the night shift. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Financial and Auditing Duties
Review and Reconcile Daily Transactions: Cross-check and verify the accuracy of financial data recorded throughout the day across all departments and revenue-generating outlets, such as front office, food & beverage, and car park.
Balance Shift Work: Reconcile daily cash flow and payment records, ensuring that all postings and settlements are accurate and compliant with company policies.
Daily Revenue Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily revenue and occupancy reports, ensuring they accurately reflect the financial performance of the property.
Qualifications
Strong operations PMS knowledge (Opera Cloud is an advantage)
An ability to work night shifts any night of the week
Previously experience in a similar role will be advantageous
