New-Build Development Sales Consultant Source Group location Auckland. $60,000 per year + Uncapped Commission.
About the role source Group is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven New-Build Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling new-build and off-plan homes to both home buyers and investors, with all buyer leads provided.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading property development company, helping clients secure high-quality homes while contributing to the success of innovative residential projects. The job offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
Key responsibilities selling new-build, off-plan homes to home buyers and investors. Managing and following up with leads through our advanced CRM system. Hosting open homes, private viewings, and showroom appointments (weekdays and weekends). Conducting sales consultations both online and in-person.
Negotiating sales contracts and managing the process from start to finish. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and development features. Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance engagement and lead conversion. Providing detailed sales reports to management.
What We're Looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven salesperson with a strong sales mindset. 2+ years of experience in real estate, new-build development sales, or related fields. Strong communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. Passion for property development, investment, and real estate. A reliable car and availability to work from our North Shore office in Wairau Valley.
