NDIS Data Entry Clerk Caring for Carers Australia location Brisbane. $25 - $29.99 per hour.

We are looking for someone with a big heart, can-do attitude, lots of enthusiasm and knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to match. And if you don’t have the NDIS knowledge you must be super keen to get it.

The full-time, 5 days per week 8.30am - 4.30pm, at Carina Heights, Qld. Start date Monday 26 September 2022. Caring for Carers Australia (CCA) develop and implement innovative services to acknowledge and honour unpaid Carers and their families.

CCA provides Plan Management to participants in the NDIS.  We are seeking an experienced data entry whizz who has experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have one year (1) experience working in a data entry position preferably for an NDIS registered provider.

You will of course know your way around a keyboard and be efficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. You should also be great on the phone and on email.  You will need to work both autonomously and within a team, always ensuring the best outcome is delivered for CCA clients.

You may also be asked to contribute to our other CCA services including Carer retreats and High Teas as well as assisting the CEO and management.

You must be comfortable on the phone and be willing to talk to Carers, participants and service providers. There will never be a dull moment and it all happens in a great environment where you are valued and appreciated.
