With a focus on excellent customer service and a vast inventory, we strive to meet the needs of the heavy machinery, construction, trucking and automotive accounts. This covers everything from large accounts to automotive shops, dealerships, and individual customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales, operations and drive the company's success.

About the role reporting to the Directors in NZ, this newly created sales leadership role at 360 Autoparts requires a dynamic individual who possesses a strong background in the industry, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving company objectives.

This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and customer development, performance and maintenance of the 360 Autoparts service delivery activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organisation.

Drive the growth of the business to its full potential through effective sales practices. Manage all customer strategies with the automotive workshops accounts. Manage sales team closely to achieve weekly/monthly targets. Manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the organization.

Lead the team with positive attitudes and demonstrate organisational culture. Manage and maintain good relationship with key suppliers. Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and customers. Corporate Governance, forecasting and budgeting along with the CFO.

About you proven success and experience as a Sales Leader in a B2B environment. In-depth understanding of the auto parts, oils/lubricants is preferred. Experience selling into the diesel, heavy machinery, trucking or construction sector highly regarded.

Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, manage and develop. Aptitude for process management and customer/supplier relationship management. High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
