The business is renowned for its quality products and market leading service. As the business centralises its Customer Service operation, a new opportunity exists for a National Customer Care Manager to join this growth business. Key duties & responsibilities putting together a new customer service/customer care team and setting the direction and expectations in line with the corporate objectives and culture, leading your team to greatness, using data to measure and improve the customer experience, providing business reporting where needed, managing your people resources including training, resource planning, performance management and succession planning.
