Your new role in this role as digital settlements officer, you will be required to process property settlements through the electronic system pexa, data entry of information into nab's systems and databases, validating information for both clients and nab bankers, brokers or solicitors, check that documents are within compliance guidelines, handle inbound and outbound calls regarding any enquiries and following up on missing or incorrect information, liaise with internal stakeholders and work as part of a team, general administration duties, this role is paying $29.96 per hour plus super, with full time hours per week. What you'll need to succeed you are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following relevant tertiary degree such as business, commerce, finance, accounting or law. Previous administration experience established problem solving abilities, proven communication skills - as you will be on the phones with solicitors and brokers, demonstrated attention to detail, full availability from monday to friday (8am - 6pm), due to the ongoing nature of this role, you must have australian or new zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
