Motackle online Customer Service representative Motackle and Outdoors location Coffs Harbour and North Coast.

As a customer service representative for motackle, you will work within our mail order team helping our online customers choose the best products and receive the best service they need to enjoy the  fishing & outdoors. Have exceptional customer service whether you are on the phone, email, live chat or social platforms.

Provide expert product advice across our entire fishing and outdoors range. Training will be provided in the areas you aren’t familiar with. Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Be very comfortable working with computers and software such as Office and Retail Express. Have a passion for the Fishing & outdoors that comes through within your customer service. Must have a passion and be a experienced fisher or outdoorsman.

Preferred, but not necessary specific experience working within the fishing, camping, surfing, diving or fossicking industry. Prior retail, especially e-commerce experience. Prior experience within a dispatch environment.
