Looking for THE artist of Mixology for a new MERCI MARCEL project to design an exciting & unique cocktails menu, to be trend oriented & inventive in your cocktail creation (recipes, glasswares, food pairing), to possess a thorough knowledge of the menu and allergens, wine list, cocktails, coffees and other alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, to be a people person, able to talk to customers from all walks of life, to assume full responsibility of the bar operation (stock ordering, relevant task checklists and cleaning schedules), to control the drink cost, stock and weekly & monthly inventory, to train and manage fellow bar employees, to monitor the training & quality of the whole bar, to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanness, you passionate about hospitality & trendry concept, cocktail & spirits geek, possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, a bit in love with france & its food & drinks pleasures, 2-3 years experience managing social media, platforms or communities for a f&b brand is a must, previous experience as head bartender in a reputable food service establishment for 1 years, participation in local/global cocktails, competitions is an advantage.
