Merchandise Logistics Coordinator Grinding Gear Games location Auckland.

Grinding Gear Games are seeking a proactive Merchandise Logistics Coordinator to oversee the shipping and handling of physical items. This position would be for a perfectionist who can consistently keep our records up-to-date and transparent to all departments who need to access this information. Location: On-site in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand. Relocation assistance (for the right candidate, if needed). Part time position to start.

The position includes the following duties processing exports. Keeping stock-take lists up to date. Coordinating with third party delivery companies. Constructing packaging. Assessing and improving our physical item processes. Coordinating within Grinding Gear Games and departments regarding competition prizes, stocking, shipping, company handouts and conventions. Coordinating with printers/manufacturers for assets, samples and approvals. Coordinating with international publishing partners.

We are seeking someone with previous experience in customer service, logistics or merchandising roles  the ability to identify and solve problems quickly. Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. A full New Zealand driver's licence.

Pluses experience with our game, Path of Exile.
