The Brisbane Lions currently have casual opportunities for talented and dedicated Membership Sales and Service Officers to join MemberHQ at our head office in Woolloongabba. We are looking for enthusiastic and vibrant individuals to engage with our members and provide the highest level of customer service to enhance their overall membership experience with the Brisbane Lions.

Reporting to the Membership Manager/Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to membership Sales: processing membership renewal applications and new membership sales with efficiency and care.

Customer service competently answer all incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and live chat and make tactical outbound sales and service calls.

General administrative duties the ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, with a focus on inbound and outbound membership type sales and a desire to work in the sport management industry. Previous exposure to the Ticketmaster Archtics membership and ticketing system is required.
