Description
Members Service Officer location East Coast / Marine Parade, East. Job Type Full-Time.
Working location near East Coast, 5.5 days week, 8.5 hrs shift (between operation hr of 7am - 10pm), 1 hour break, $1600 - $2000.
Main duties to handle day-to-day operations, including attending to members’ enquiries, processing payments and billings and membership and car label applications, etc. Daily opening and closing of the Reception Counters. To issue temporary passes, guest passes, contractor passes, etc. Operates the Phone System, POS System and other payment systems.
Assist in administrative duties (letter typing, data entry, handling of mailers, photocopy of forms, replenishment of items for the counter etc). To report any irregularities / feedback / complaints to the Head of Department/Immediate Superior and log into the incident log book. To check for outstanding items at the counter during change of duty and ensure follow-up is done.
