The Role

The primary focus of the Member Support Officer is to support Connective brokers to confidently self-manage their use of Accelerator products, including Digital Marketing Hub – our email marketing platform for our brokers, Connective Property Tools – a property data and reports tool and websites. This role will work closely with the Product Operations Manager – Accelerators to support brokers with guidance, resources, and training to ensure they are able to independently navigate and utilise the platforms. The role will also work with other team members to maintain accessible self-service tools, FAQs, and training resources.

Other responsibilities will include:

Providing support for new Digital Marketing Hub subscribers including a welcome call, onboarding to new users, refresher training and providing regular support.
Liaising closely with the wider Marketing team to support Digital Marketing Hub acquisition and other ad-hoc campaigns.
Ensuring resources are regularly reviewed to ensure clarity for broker onboarding/ training.
Supporting the Product Operations Manager – Accelerators in executing the retention strategy.
Supporting and organising training and education workshops to current and prospective subscribers.
Completing call backs and broker requests within 24 hours.

Experience with CRM (ideally MS Dynamics or similar).
