Member Services Consultant Scouts Australia NSW location Sydney.

Scouts NSW are currently looking for a Member Services Consultant to work as part of our Member Services team supporting Scout members and our volunteer leaders. This exciting and varied role, will see you involved in a wide range of customer service and admistrative tasks, and having interaction with Scout members, families and volunteers. This is a three day a week, part time role, with flexible days.

Responsibilities general tasks, including but not limited to answering and directing calls, emails, general correspondence and parent inquiries. Assisting with member database management. Resolving member questions. Assisting new member enquiries. Training and helping leaders with the use of the member database. Administering the Adult Recognition Awards program.

Essential requirements at least two years of similar administration experience. Have or be completing a recognised Training Course in Business Administration. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite. Great interpersonal and planning skills.

Successful applicants will need to have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Check. Excellent opportunity to work as part of small, proactive team making a difference in children's lives.
