Medical Receptionist or Office Manager Private Advertiser location Coffs Harbour and North Coast.

Our practice is focused on delivering high quality care for patients. Your role would be to assist in creating a warm and welcoming practice. Experience within a medical/healthcare setting would be desirable, as would experience with Genie software.

Essential requirements strong communication skills and a professional and caring disposition. Passion for delivering a high standard of patient care. Strong organisational skills and time management. Ability to type relatively fast. Ability to grasp and learn new skills. Professional presentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Mature attitude and strong work ethic.

Duties medical reception duties, Greeting patients. Scheduling appointments and procedures. Organising surgical bookings. Liaising with other clinics/hospitals as necessary. Issuing accounts and collecting payment. Ensuring the clinic is adequately stocked in terms of office and clinical supplies. Helping with private and public hospital billing. Organising the doctor's schedule as needed.
