Medical receptionist or Administrator Third Age Health Services Ltd location Auckland. $50,000 - $59,999.

The role includes all the usual tasks needed to support our doctors, nurses and patients, such as booking and rescheduling appointments, invoicing and taking payments, triaging patient phone calls, following up tasks, clinical recalls, filing and being a whizz on the patient managment software system. You do need to be confident with learning computer systems.

 

What we hope you'll bring to this role ideally some experience working in a medical/health related reception or administration. But, people with relevant customer service experience and an enthusiasm to learn should also apply.

Excellent written and spoken English lanuage skills. Customer service experience. Excellent computer skills - word, excel and ideally experience with a practice management system. A desire to be part of a small team. An enthusiasm to learn, the ability to be flexible, show initiative and be a natural problem solver.
