Medical Receptionist Coast to Coast Health Care location Auckland.

Medical receptionist we require an outstanding full time & part time medical receptionists to work with varying shifts from 8am - 8pm on weekdays with the occasional weekend shift. Coast to Coast Health Care currently have 8 medical Centre's in Wellsford, Maungaturoto, Mangawhai, Snell's Beach, Paparoa, Matakana, Warkworth & Waipu.

Key to this role is an ability to deliver first class, front line reception service, ensuring the smooth running of the front of house operations. This is a fast paced busy role. The ability to multi task is crucial, as the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Experience with patient management system would be beneficial, though training will be given.  As part of a team, your input drives the success of the service.  Your exceptional telephone and administration skills will add value to the greater team. Coast to Coast Health care is open to cater for the needs of patients with various employment and lifestyle needs seven days a week 8am to 8pm.

Duties include meet and greet patients in a friendly and timely manner. Arrive and check in patients. Answering incoming telephone calls. Booking appointments in person and on phone, Cash handling. General reception desk duties. Processing of appointments on completion.

Skills required sound computer skills. Experience in administration skills and working within a team, data entry. Professional phone manner, ability to multi-task, show a sharp eye for detail, strong communication and organizational skills.
