Your main purpose as a receptionist will be to maintain quality of routine medical reporting, while also greeting customers and answering phones in a timely and positive manner. This role joins a Radiology clinic based out of a Private Hospital located in Wantirna.

Responsibilities daily use of the Radiology Information System (RIS) - knowledge highly desired but not essential, perform all reception duties, greeting customers, answering phones in timely and professional manner, collate, sort and analyse information collected, effectively establish and clarify customer needs, maintaining and updating spreadsheets and data, complete daily follow up emails and phone calls, confirming appointments and giving patients clear instructions on what is required for their appointment.

About you must be triple vaccinated for COVID-19, experience in radiology highly desired, receptionist experience, highly organized, ability to work in a fast pace environment, ability to prioritise a busy workload, excellent customer service skills, willing to work a rotating roster including occasional after hours and weekend work.
