Medical Receptionist Papanui Foot Clinic location Canterbury.

We need a part-time receptionist to join our front office team. We are a small busy suburban practice. The hours we have available are Tuesday 1.30 to 7.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8,30am to 4pm. There will be extra hours at times when needed to cover other staff leave.

We would like someone who can communicate well with people and have empathy towards our senior citizens. We need someone to have good computer skills, and if you have knowledge of Gensolve practice management software would be beneficial,  but not essential. Multi-tasking skills would also help, as at times you will be working under pressure.

The position will involve, but not limited to communicating with clients directly, via phone, email and in direct contact, making appointments and queries, handling money, receipting and invoicing, sterilizing instruments, cleaning common spaces and anything that leads to the smooth running of a small practice.
