Otahuhu Health Centre is a large well-established Family General Practice. We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our friendly team. As a switched on multi-skilled professional you’ll bring to the role a positive, outgoing, friendly approach, and great communication skills as well as the ability to juggle multiple tasks, calmly and effectively when the pressure’s on.

With a flexible, 'can do' attitude and the ability to think on your feet, you’ll enjoy using your strong organisational, time management, typing and data entry skills to help you stay on track and ensure that the needs of the patients and the wider team are met. The highest standard of confidentiality, discretion and empathy is essential and being computer savvy and having an excellent phone manner is key. Knowing your way around a patient management system is desirable as is medical centre reception experience but is not essential.
