Greenstone Family Clinic is in search of an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team. We are a large General Practice in Manurewa, South Auckland committed to deliver quality services to all people residing within the boundaries of Tamaki Makaurau and Tainui, that embraces the individuals' rights for integrity and dignity within a culturally appropriate environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year experience as a receptionist or other similar position. Have knowledge and experience with medtech32 or similar system. Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication. Have fantastic front desk and telephone manner. Be patient-focused. Have strong organisational skills and able to use initiative. Be well presented. Enjoy working in a fast pace, busy team environment. Be a team player. Be ready to hit the ground running. Being fluent in a second language is an advantage.
