PART-TIME, FIXED TERM (12 MONTHS)
Overview
The Edith Cowan University (ECU) Health Services are located on the university campus’ at Joondalup and Mount Lawley.
These general practice clinics assist students and staff and the university community with their physical and psychosocial health care needs.
This position requires shifts on TUESDAY AND FRIDAY, between the hours of 8.15am - 4.45pm.
This position is under contract commencing Tuesday 20th May 2025 until Friday 29th May 2026 as leave cover.
We are closed on weekends and gazetted public holidays.
We are seeking an experienced part time medical receptionist at:
Joondalup Campus, With occasional shifts at Mt Lawley and City Campus
Our team of medical receptionists are responsible for:
Screening and triage of patients
Making and changing appointments
Scanning and filing paperwork
Faxing, post and emailing
Patient billing, mix of private, bulk billed and international student insurance
General administrative duties
Best Practice Premier experience would be an advantage

Benefits & Remuneration
This part time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $74,435 to $79,279 PA (PRO-RATA) HEW 4 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
