Medical Receptionist Main North Road Medical Centre location Canterbury.

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday 8am-1pm, Tuesday & Thursday 1pm-6pm, Friday 8am-6pm. Also, flexibility to cover sick / holiday leave. Main North Road Medical Centre is a busy general practice with 6000+ patients.  You will be joining our two wonderful receptionists who are the heart of our team. As a receptionist you will provide a warm friendly first impression to our patients.

Reception duties include greeting and welcoming patients. Answering calls and scheduling appointments. Assisting with account enquiries, invoicing, and reconciling accounts. Completing general administration tasks including filing patient documents and scanning, transferring patient notes. Recording patient details, registration and updating patient information accurately. Clerical tasks as required.

To be successful you must have Medtech32 experience – desirable, Proficient in touch typing, Sound computer skills, Attention to detail, Great communication and interpersonal skills. Common sense, Positive attitude with a desire to further all skills to ensure productive and efficient work output. Excellent time management skills. Fantastic at multitasking. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
