Medical Receptionist Corporate Medical Consultants location Sydney.

About Us we are a Bankstown based corporate medical clinic specialising in workers compensation and CTP injury management – no Medicare. Our office supports two doctors, a physiotherapy team and an exercise physiologist plus external health providers through our Network.

About The job responsible for daily reception duties answering calls and queries. Making appointments and dairy management. Following up medical information. Creating patient files and seeing to all electronic filing. Conducting pre employments medicals – includes audio testing and drug and alcohol tests. Office and medical stock take and ordering. Maintaining all-round office cleanliness. Billing, receipting and arrears.

Training to be provided and completed as per the below drug and alcohol collector training AS/NZS4308 – To be completed in first few weeks. SIRA return to work coordinator online modules to understand the nature of the industry we work in and the variety of parties involved – To be completed within first 3 months.

About You have prior experience (at least 1 year) in a medical reception role and be confident as the first point of contact in the clinic. Experience with Pracsoft and Medical Director are a must. Experience with workers compensation billing would be highly regarded. Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally. A current First Aid & CPR certificate desirable. Confident ability to work independently.
