One of our practices in Central Auckland is looking for a brilliant new Medical Receptionist to be part, of a well-established and high performing team, supporting a friendly bunch of dedicated doctors and nurses. This is an opportunity for a switched on and motivated receptionist who enjoys being a pivotal person within the medical centre environment. Acting as first point of contact with patients and visitors, they also co-ordinate a range of practice services and play a major role in prioritising work flows and juggling patient expectations.

This is a busy role that will shape every patients' overall experience with the practice, ensuring they feel that they have been dealt with in a friendly, courteous and professional manner and that all their needs have been met. The internal focus is liaison with staff and communication around patient needs and any other supporting admin issues that require attention.

The role will ideally suit a person who has exceptional face to face customer service experience and had some experience as a receptionist in a similarly busy and crucially important environment, preferably in health settings. Full training and support will be provided.
