Medical Reception Aidmax Recruiting location Auckland.

About the role we are looking for a customer service focused receptionist to be a FonoCare Service Agent at our central city medical practice.

Become a member of our enthusiastic FonoCare team. Training will be given in Medtech Evolution (the Patient Management System). Most importantly we want someone who will reflect the professionalism of the organisation and have exceptional customer service expertise, sound technical skills, ability to adapt to fast moving technological change combined with caring personal attributes and initiative.

The position is 40 hours a week, currently between 8.30-5pm Mon-Fri.  Expansion may mean the range of hours may be between 7.30 am – 7pm including Saturday clinics in future.   Note:  you will not be required to work more than 40 hours per week. Easily accessible by public transport the practice combines primary health medical services with a dental practice and support services.

About you what you will need for this position is enthusiasm for working in a health environment. Proven customer service expertise. I.T. system competency and adaptability. To demonstrate initiative when confronted with unexpected challenges. Be a hard-working and supportive team member. Possess excellent oral and face-to-face communication skills.
