About the role we require an enthusiastic part time Receptionist with a hands-on approach.  You must have exceptional interpersonal skills and work well within a team.  You will be required to handle all aspects of day to day Reception duties including booking clients in person or over the phone. Taking payments, liaising with ACC and insurance companies and all other receptions duties needed to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. Strong computer skills are required to perform all these tasks. We are looking for someone who can work 3 pm until 7 pm a minimum of 3 days per week. Possibility of earlier start some days and/or 5 days per week for the right person if required.
