Medical Administrator Flexa Recruitment Limited location Auckland. $35 per hour.

Medical Administrator- Part time only. Permanent, Part-time role- Tuesday- Friday- 8am- 4:30 pm Generous salary- $35 per hour (NZD). Work in Health industry-get growth opportunities.

Our client is a massive non-for-profit organization. It is a growing organization which is located in Central Auckland. It will have free onsite parking and will be a short walk away from the train station/bus stand. This is a permanent, part-time role for 4 days a week, 8 hours a day- Tuesday to Friday. The client is flexible if you want to work for shorter hours spread over 5 days. Hours of the role is 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Role to assist Supportive Care staff to provide Supportive Care programmes. To maintain efficient control of records, files, and communication systems. To maintain client database management and data quality. Records, produces and distributes meeting minutes as requested.

Assists SC staff to prepare, edit, copy, send and store correspondence and documentation in a timely manner. Distributes information to clients and SC staff in a timely manner. You will schedule service provision, informing all parties, liaise with clients and any updates/changes.

Enter required documentation, adhering to rostering systems and general timesheet and administration processes etc. Assist in preparation of reports. You will do all the statistics for the Board,  National datasets, Grants/ Fund Raising requests and service Managers.

You excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone and in person. Very confident with MS Office suite- Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and databases to advanced level and willing to train in other relevant programmes as required.

If you have worked in health, collected data for reporting and have excellent customer service skills, I would like to hear from you. Team player- workload is shared so you will need to be able to share tasks with each other, help each other out when the workload increases etc. Administration, word processing/typing skills training and experience.

Experience in staff/volunteer supervision. Be empathetic and have good telephone manners. Be able to take notes. Be able to multitask. High level of computer literacy, including effective use of databases. Experience in handling calls, scheduling work and data entry. No overseas based applicants please.
