About The Hobart Clinic The Hobart Clinic is Tasmania's leading, and Australia’s only, not-for-profit private mental health facility. We are a 27 bed facility, situated on 7 acres on Hobart's picturesque Eastern Shore.  Just a short commute to the centre of Hobart, we are able to offer a tranquil environment to aid recovery of our patients. About the role due to an upcoming period of rapid change we have a part-time (22.5 hours per week plus additional as required) vacancy within our incredibly talented and dedicated administration team.  This critical role is the first port of call for all visitors to the Clinic.  The role is based primarily at our Rokeby hospital location.

In addition to supporting our consumers, key responsibilities include reception duties, Stationary ordering, Drafting letters for Doctors, Reviewing and coordinating referrals, Providing all areas of the clinic with administrative support, Filing.

Our Conditions of employment base wage rates between $26.42 and $26.95 per hour. 2.35% increases due in October 2021. Generous salary packaging.  Onsite parking at Rokeby only. Subsidised meals at Rokeby.
