As we continue to expand, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join us on this journey. Position Experienced Medical Administration Staff. Location Work From Home (Initial Training in Perth). Training On-site training in Perth for the first month.

Responsibilities efficiently manage email correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients and colleagues. Provide comprehensive team administrative support, contributing to the seamless operation of our medical administration services. Undertake ADHOC tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in addressing various challenges and opportunities. Utilise HotDoc and Best Practice. Work closely with the Practice Manager.

All applicants must have proven experience with Best Practice and HotDoc software (or similar). Outstanding communication skills. Excellent email writing etiquette. Enthusiasm for a career in medical administration and a strong desire to grow with our company. Passion for organisation and administration. Ability to work independently and from home. Demonstrated phone etiquette.
