Our media department is responsible for most of the advertising that you see around Canberra and the region. We need a Media Coordinator who can work in a fast-paced environment, to support the team through high level administration and data entry skills. If you are currently working in a media agency in this capacity or have extraordinary organisational skills but are looking for a new challenge, this position could be for you. About the role we need someone to join our media team to input, extract and manage our digital data for reporting, chase creative material for dispatching to the media, help build media schedules and quotes through data entry. Skills and experience media experience is preferred along with comprehensive understanding of excel and other internal project management systems, great verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a time pressured environment, superhuman organisational and administration skills. You must be someone who possesses a can-do attitude, hard working and willing to do what it takes to get the job done, a great team player.
