Unicorn requirements must have an eye for detail, feel comfortable managing your own schedule, and meeting deadlines (we don’t micro-manage). Be able to communicate clearly, understand client briefs & requirements, pitch ideas and suggestions, and make recommendations for improvements. You will need to feel comfortable liaising with all levels to gauge requirements, work with briefs, create social media ads and content, and ensure it is optimised and deliverables reported on. You’ll need to have a flair for creativity and be systemised and detail orientated. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing social media/digital strategies, as well as coordinating and executing a range of other media activities above and below the line.

Ninja details create and implement high-performing social & digital advertising campaigns that deliver results and metrics for clients with an ROI focus. Use your brand/design flair to develop engaging posts and content for websites, social media pages, blogs, videos, case studies, events, newsletters, point of sale, print media, EDM, and other brand communications. Have worked with media management dashboards like Sprout Social (or similar), Canva, Adobe, DashThis, etc.

Worked with media supply agencies to manage material/content execution processes for radio, print, digital, OOH, and other media or keen to learn. Client reporting and analytic data sets, SEO and SEM. 2-3 years Social Media and/or digital marketing experience.
