Your new role you will be responsible for the design and documentation of all mechanical components relating to buildings projects including HVAC systems. With an extensive amount of work confirmed for the year ahead you will be working on landmark projects across the governmental, pharmaceutical, age care retail and healthcare sectors. You shall act as a point of contact with clients, taking a project from initial conception through to handover. What you'll need to succeed a full and thorough understanding of local building codes and statutory building regulations is essential as is a proven working history on similar projects within Australia. A relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering is also preferable.
