What Makes You a Mayfield Unicorn?

You hold a Cert III, Diploma, or are ready to lead with your Lead Educator experience.
You have (or can get) your Blue Card, First Aid, and training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety.
You know your way around the EYLF and NQF, and you're passionate about early education done right.
You’re warm, collaborative, reliable, and a natural team player — with a whole lot of heart.
