We are currently revamping our digital assets (website and social media platforms) as well as moving to a Xero platform. In conjunction with the Practice Manager, you will play an integral part in getting these up and running and also be responsible for maintenance after implementation.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Specialist / Office Administrator in a part time capacity to join our close-knit team. The role will be approximately 30 hours per week (school hours or otherwise) and would suit a mother returning to the workforce.

Your key responsibilities will include website and Social Media Management. Assisting with client on-boarding. Involvement in Business Development Initiatives. Assisting in the rollout of the new Business software. Enhancing the client communication process. Assisting the Senior Administrator with moving to a ‘paperless office’. Data entry and debtor management. General administrative duties.

Desirable skills and experience marketing or communications experience. Social Media Experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office setting. Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision. Demonstrated high-level organisational and time management skills. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required.

In order to be successful, you will be conscientious and take pride in your work.  You will also be able to multitask and manage priorities. Great attention to detail, solid communication skills both written and verbal are also a must.
