Marketing Manager Kainga Ora location Auckland.

Newly created role supporting the delivery of sales and housing development strategies. Provide marketing expertise to stakeholders and business partners. Hobsonville or Newmarket office based. Salary $123,648 + 5 weeks' annual leave with free insurances.

Our role we are looking for an experienced marketer to lead end to end marketing strategy of housing developments. You will be the go to for market strategy across multiple established channels and working directly with senior leadership, development and place-making teams. Collaborating with a range of external partners, service providers and internal support teams, you'll play a critical role in building confidence within the market to support the development of more warm, dry homes and position Kāinga Ora as a trusted leader in urban development.

This role will also manage the Information Centre function. Your stakeholder relationship management skills will be on point and you will relish the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team.

What you will bring a tertiary qualification in marketing or an equivalent qualification is preferred, together with 5+ years of marketing experience in a relevant area. Background in property marketing is advantageous. Experience in developing and activating stage based marketing and communication plans.

Be able to work as part of the team alongside our service providers, developer partners and community groups. Ability to navigate working in a matrixed environment. Extensive experience in delivering marketing solutions in ambiguous situations and executing supporting content plans across multiple platforms. Political awareness and sensitivity.
