Marketing Manager location Chinatown / Tanjong Pagar, Central. Up to $7k 6 mth contract. Opportunities in billion dollar tech firm. Background our client is looking to further expand its APAC performance marketing team with one Search/Display Marketing Manager to help grow some of our fastest growing regions in the world. This is a unique opportunity to shape Uber's performance marketing activity and drive growth in the APAC regions. This role demands a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a nimble team environment. The ideal person for this role has had a very clear SEM background, can work independently and knows how to stay ahead of PPC industry trends. You will own the overarching search strategy and business impact from SEM. You are ready to roll up your sleeves, take up projects and see them to completion with minimal supervision. You will be part of a team filled with entrepreneurial people with strong ideas and execution capabilities. What you'll need to do manage daily execution of paid search activity (adwords/uac/ds, bing, apple search), experience across the spectrum of google advertising products e.g. uac, youtube, etc is desired, conceptualize and implement optimization strategies and tests for sem campaigns in a multi-market multi-language environment, plan and project manage automation projects for sem activity to continue to drive efficiencies, keep up to date with ppc best practices and strategies, hands-on bid optimization and bidding strategy automation to meet and exceed volume and roi targets at scale, build and execute keyword expansion plans. What do you need to have proven experience in dedicated paid search engine marketing and large international/regional campaigns, ability to prioritize correctly and manage multiple stakeholders, excellent analytical skills with multivariate testing experience, familiar with cpa, cpc, cpm, arpu and ltv, ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines, writing and implementing adwords scripts is a plus, experience in/around a start-up or mobile-first culture a plus - i.e, you can adapt to quick changes within both the company and mobile industry, familiar with bidding tools (ds3), experience building and managing data feeds for scalable campaign management, experience automating sem tasks like bid and budget management, an understanding of the nuances of both the demand and supply side of a marketplace also a plus.
