About the role reporting to the Company Directors, as our Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across various channels.

You will work closely with our Sales Team to develop strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive sales and engage with our target audience. Hours of work 32 hours per week, based over four days within our head office located in Avondale.

Responsibilities of the role will include creating marketing campaigns tailored to the relevant customer audience. Management of social media accounts and digital advertising. Creating engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising materials.

Building relationships with relevant external stakeholders including: influencers, agencies, key customers. Managing the marketing budget, analysing and reporting on data, ROI. Assist in organizing events, product launches, and other promotional activities.

What are we looking for from you professional experience in creating & managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns. You’re proactive and energetic with effective time management skills to meet deadlines. A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.

Experience using graphic design/canva would be a bonus. Exceptional communication and creative writing skills. A thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods. Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Mailchimp or other email tools, website CMS, social media platforms including social targeting advertising and campaign creation.

A marketer who can see the potential to love Molly Woppy brand as much as we do. Previous experience working in the FMCG/CPG/food service marketing would be fantastic.
